I’m recently set up Sitecore with Solr 6.2. Anyone who has used Sitecore and Solr already has probably been aggravated by one annoying bug/oversight in the Solr admin, something that’s finally been fixed.
How beautiful is that? We can finally see the full name of the core in the selector!
So far I haven’t found any compatibility issues with Sitecore 8.2 and Solr 6.2. Give it a try!
